Branch Customer Service Representative

Position based out of Cheboygan, Michigan

Your Role: As the coordinator of first impressions, you will work directly with our residential, commercial and internal customers from our Cheboygan warehouse. These in-person and telephone encounters play a key role in setting the tone for Blarney Castle Oil Co.’s customer relationships and brand. You will field questions regarding fuel product & service information, including pricing, billing, and service agreements, along with processing and problem-solving orders. There will be a need for an independent work ethic as you provide information and schedules to propane tank sets. Be ready to be flexible in your daily routine, since customer needs are always changing!
