Position Summary

As a Store Manager, you are the leader of your store team and the driver of daily operations. You’ll create a positive, high-performing environment by coaching, developing, and supporting your team while ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and reliable service every day.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store team members and Assistant Managers
• Build a strong team culture focused on customer service, accountability, and results
• Train and prepare future leaders within the organization
• Manage day-to-day store operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Drive store performance by achieving sales, operational, and customer service goals
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, merchandising, and compliance
• Complete audits, reports, and required retail compliance tasks accurately and on time
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Support store coverage by working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred
• Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Comfortable using technology and retail systems
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required
