The ability to lead a team and provide great customer service with a smile are the most important qualifications for this role. You must have good communication skills and be able to lead the Customer Service team on your shift. You must have experience using a computer and good basic math skills. You must be able to work in a team environment. You must be available to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and be able to adjust your shift to coordinate with the Store Manager. You must have a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of related retail experience. You must have reliable transportation. You must be able to stand, bend and reach during your shift, and occasionally to lift up to 50 pounds. #CA
As an Assistant Manager, you will provide work direction to team members during your assigned shift, ensuring that our valued customers receive superior customer service. You will provide leadership in resolving customer problems. As the store's Safety Captain, you will lead safety meetings and audit safety practices in your store. You will greet our valued customers, answer questions and provide assistance in the store and at the pumps. You will keep the store looking great by cleaning areas inside and outside, and maintaining stock on the shelves and in storage areas. You will handle cash and credit card payments for fuel, merchandise, food, beverages and lottery tickets, and prepare bank deposits from your shift. You will work in a team environment where Associates and Managers work together to provide the best customer service in the industry.
