Founded in 1933, Blarney Castle Oil is still a family-owned business.  Our high standards for customer service have helped us grow and we now have more than 100 EZ Mart convenience stores as well as substantial propane and petroleum distribution operations.  We are committed to making sure our employees have the training and skills to provide the superior customer service that we are known for. 


The ability to lead a team, organize and manage store operations, and provide great customer service with a smile are the most important qualifications for this role.  You must have good communication skills and be able to lead the Customer Service team at your store.  You must have experience using a computer and good basic math skills.  You must be able to work in a team environment.  You must be available to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and be able to adjust your shift to coordinate with all team members.  You must have a high school diploma or GED. Progressing toward or completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. You must have at least five years of related retail experience.  You must have reliable transportation.  You must be able to stand, bend and reach during your shift, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. You must maintain a safe environment for all customers and employees. You will be required to adhere to and train employees on all applicable laws related to the sale of age restricted products. #CA


As a Store Manager, you will provide work direction to all team members at your store, ensuring that our valued customers receive superior customer service. You will provide leadership in resolving customer concerns. You will ensure all our valued customers are greeted, their questions are answered, and assistance is provided in the store and at the pumps. You will handle cash and credit card payments for fuel, merchandise, food, beverages and lottery tickets, and prepare bank deposits. You will create the schedule for team members and maintain product inventory. You will work in a team environment where Associates and Managers work together to provide the best customer service in the industry.
